Night + Market’s Pastrami Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) Recipe | F&W Cooks | Food & Wine

Wine Recipes
Chef Kris Yenbamroong of Night + Market demonstrates how to make one of the most popular dishes at his L.A. restaurant, Pastrami Pad Kee Mao or Drunken Noodles. Although no one knows exactly where this dish picked up its nickname, everyone knows that it’s always the right choice. Featuring rice noodles cooked over a spicy aromatic base and infused with a flavorful sauce, this recipe is deceptively simple and easy to make. Though seafood is more commonly added, this version uses pastrami which lends its bold flavor to the noodles.
